I’ll process you in type

Redraft until I’m clear what you meant

And what that means to me

Your flaws may darken some other character

But you’ll find my acceptance

Or not

in how I end the tale.

You’ll be certain of your impact

when you seep into my prose

I never know it, till I write it.

Then you’re set in stone.
